b. Billing and Payments: Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected subscription plan. You authorize the Company to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information accurate and up to date.
c. Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the cancellation process indicated on the Website. The cancellation will be effective from next renewal. In case subscriptions billed but not packed or dispatched an admin fee of 5% or minimum £5 will be deducted and refund for remaining amount will be processed. No Refunds on orders that has been already dispatched.

4. GIFTS
At Surprise Candy, we offer the option to purchase term gifts by lump sum payment, where customers can pay for a set duration of our subscription service upfront as a gift for themselves or others. Please review the following policy regarding term gifts:
a. Gifts are available for purchase on our website as specified on the product page. The lump sum payment covers a predetermined duration of our subscription service, as specified during purchase.
b. The subscription duration for the gift recipient will start from the date of request.
c. The recipient will be able to enjoy the benefits of the subscription plan chosen during redemption for the specified duration.
d. The gifts are non-transferable and can only be sent to the intended gift recipient.
e. Lump sum payment for term gifts is non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
f. If the recipient chooses to cancel their subscription before the gift duration ends, they will not be eligible for a refund.

If an account is closed, the customer will be notified of the closure via email or other contact information provided during the account registration process.

10. RISK OF LOSS DURING SHIPPING
All items purchased from Surprise Candy are subject to a shipment contract, meaning that once the items are delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. Surprise Candy cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, melted, damaged, or destroyed items that may occur during the shipping process.

We take precautions to ensure that our products are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage. However, once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, any claims for loss or damage should be directed to the carrier. It is important to note that any claims for loss, damage, or melting during shipping should be filed directly with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues, but the ultimate responsibility for such claims lies with the shipping carrier.

11. FOOD ALLERGY
To ensure your safety, it is your sole responsibility as the consumer to check the packaging and ingredient labels of the products purchased from Surprise Candy for any allergens. Sweet Christmas Smiles is a charitable initiative by Surprise Candy where a fixed amount from each purchase is donated to provide treats for deprived kids during the holiday season. We believe in bringing joy and smiles to deprived kids during the Christmas season as our mission “everyone deserves a treat” fulfilling through the Sweet Christmas Smiles initiative.

Donation Allocation:
For every purchase made on Surprise Candy, a fixed amount, as specified on our website, will be allocated towards the Sweet Christmas Smiles donation. The donation is solely intended to provide treats to deprived kids during the Christmas season.
